In October 1997 the 1992 Fund Assembly noted that the Director and the Secretary-General of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) had extended, through an exchange of letters, the application of the Lease Agreement, licence to occupy and sublease relating to the premises of the 1971 Fund in the IMO building, so that these documents wouild cover also the activities of the 1992 Fund.
