In October 1998 the 1971 Fund Executive Committee decided to amend the list of ‘contributing oil’ and ‘non-contributing oil’ attached to the form annexed to the 1971 Fund Internal Regulations and instructed the Director to review further the list. It was noted that, in accordance with previous practice, the amendments to the list should not lead to amendments to previous reports on contributing oil receipts and should be taken into consideration only for future reports.
