In June 1996 the 1971 Fund Assembly adopted a Resolution (1971 Fund Resolution No.9) to the effect that the 1971 Fund should endeavour to ensure consistency, as far as possible, between the decisions of the 1971 Fund and those of the 1992 Fund on the admissibility of claims.
