In June 1996 the 1992 Fund Assembly adopted a Resolution (1992 Fund Resolution No.3) to the effect that the report of the 7th intersessional Working Group of the 1971 Fund should form the basis of the 1992 Fund’s policy on the criteria for the admissibility of claims, that the criteria laid down hitherto by the 1971 Fund Executive Committee should be applied also by the 1992 Fund, and that the 1992 Fund should endeavour to ensure consistency, as far as possible, between the decisions of the 1992 Fund and the 1971 Fund on the admissibility of claims.
