In October 2003 the 1971 Fund Administrative Council recalled that the 1971 Fund had appealed against a judgement of the first instance Court allowing a claim by an owner of an inshore fishing vessel who did not hold a valid license. The Council noted that the Appellate Court had dismissed the claim.
