In December 1995 the 1971 Fund Executive Committee instructed the Director to present a study on the time bar issue regarding a group of claims in respect of which ‘concilliation acts’ had been presented to the Civil Court in La Coruña. He was also instructed to refrain from tatking any action which could prejudice the Fund’s position in respect of the time bar issue pending the decision of the Committee.
