Decisión nº: 000232

In June 1993 the 1971 Fund Executive Committee agreed that the loss of income suffered by operators of beach facilities along the Italian coast as a result of a reduction in tourism should be considered as damage caused by contamination to the extent that such a reduction was caused by the Haven incident and that the claims were therefore admissible in principle.
