In March 1980 the 1971 Fund Executive Committee adopted the same Rules of Procedure as the 1971 Fund Assembly, subject to certain amendmentts reflecting specific differences between the two bodies. It was decided that the Rules of the two bodies should be published in one document with footnotes drawing attention to specific differences.
