In October 1992 the 1971 Fund Assembly, taking note of the External Auditor’s amendment of the structure and content of his report to bring it into line with the most recent developments of the Panel of External Auditors of the United Nations, the specialised agencies and the International Atomic Energy Agency, noted the External Auditor’s opinion and approved the accounts of the 1971 Fund for the financial period 1 January to 31 December 1991.
