In May 2002 the 1971 Fund Administrative Council noted that in December 2001 the Sunchon District Court had rendered judgements in respect of claims for alleged losses of a stow net fishing fleet, which had been rejected by the Fund. It was noted that the Court had concurred with the Fund and had rejected the claims.
