In April 1995 the 1971 Fund Executive Committee decided to set up a Consultation Group to assist the Chairman in his monitoring of the Director’s search for a global solution of all outstanding claims and issues. The Committee appointed the delegations of Algeria, Japan, Norway and the United Kingdom as members of the Group.
