In February 1994 the 1971 Fund Executive Committee instructed the Director to continue his analysis of price information and statistical models to establish any price reduction in whitefish and salmon farmed outside the exclusion zone imposed by the United Kingdom Government due to loss of confidence on the part of buyers as a result of the incident and determine the quantum and duration of the price depression.
