At its April 2015 session, the 1992 Fund Administrative Council expressed some sympathy for the proposals presented by the Republic of Korea to include additional assessment methods in the Claims Manual, but considered them too specific to be incorporated in their current form. The Administrative Council encouraged the Secretariat and the Korean Government to engage in a bilateral discussion to explore the possibility of suggesting changes to the Claims Manual of a more generic nature.
