In October 2014, the 1971 Fund Administrative Council decided to amend Internal Regulations 7.13, 7.14 and 12bis and Financial Regulation 9.2 of the 1971 Fund. The amended Regulations are set out at Annex IV, pages 5 and 6 of document IOPC/OCT14/11/1.
