In October 2014, the 1992 Fund Assembly, Supplementary Fund Assembly and 1971 Fund Administrative Council decided to approve the proposed amendment to Financial Regulation 14.1 of the 1992 Fund, the Supplementary Fund and the 1971 Fund to allow for the appointment of commercial firms as set out at Annex III of document IOPC/OCT14/11/1.
