In May 2014, the 1992 Fund Administrative Council noted the intention of the Director to revise the draft Guidelines for presenting claims for clean up and preventive measures, in view of the comments and suggestions made during the discussion and taking into account any further comments that might be provided intersessionally. The Administrative Council also noted that a number of matters which would be discussed during the October 2014 meetings might also have an impact on the text of the Guidelines and should also be taken into consideration when finalising the draft text.
