In October 2012 the 1992 Fund Administrative Council noted with gratitude the outcome of the 1992 Fund sixth intersessional Working Group meetings and authorised the Director to publish a guidance document setting out the various ‘tools’ that Member States could use to assist them in the event of an oil spill.
