In October 2011, the 1992 Fund Assembly decided to instruct the Secretariat to cease posting printed meeting documents to delegates, provided that, in addition to having access to meeting documents online via the Document Services website, they would receive notification of new documents as registered users and would also have access to printed copies of documents at the time of the meetings.
