In October 2010, the 1992 Fund Administrative Council decided to levy £5 million in respect of the Prestige Major Claims Fund, the entire levy to be deferred.  The Director was authorised to invoice all or part of the deferred levy for payment during the second half of 2011 if and to the extent required.
