In October 2008 the 1992 Fund Assembly took note of the report of the fourth and fifth meetings of the 4th intersessional Working Group established by the Assembly to consider non-technical measures to promote quality shipping for carriage of oil by sea. The Assembly noted that the Working Group had completed its mandate.
