In October 2009 the Supplementary Fund Assembly decided that there should be no levy of 2009 contributions to the General Fund. The Assembly noted that there had been no incidents which would or might require the Supplementary Fund to pay compensation or claims related expenses and that there was therefore no need to make contributions to any Claims Fund.
