In October 1992 the 1971 Fund Assembly, in view of the fact that some Member States had not submitted their reports on oil receipts, agreed that the non-submission of these reports constituted a considerable problem and emphasized the importance which these reports had for the functioning of the 1971 Fund, and invited those States which had not yet done so to submit their reports as soon as possible.
