In March 2005 the Supplementary Fund Assembly, recalling that Rule 5 of the Rules of Procedure of the 1992 Fund Assembly was supplemented by Guidelines on relations between the 1992 Fund and intergovernmental organisations and international non-governmental organisations, decided that there was no need for any such Guidelines for the Supplementary Fund, in the light of its decision that such organisations that had been granted observer status with the 1992 Fund should have observer status with the Supplementary Fund
