In March 2005 the 1971 Fund Administrative Council noted that the 1992 Fund Assembly had adopted the text of the Job Specification for the Post of Director, agreed the selection process to be followed, including the ballot procedure, and agreed on the timetable for handover from the outgoing Director to new Director so as to ensure a smooth transition.
