In June 1993 the 1971 Fund Executive Committee authorised the Director to make final settlements of claims of the same kind as those considered by the Committee at that session and dealt with in paragraphs 3.3.15-3.3.18 in the Record of Decisions of the session (i.e. claims by owners or operators of shops,cafés and bars, self-employed fish porters and net makers and by the operator of a car repair firm),on the basis of the decisions of principle taken by the Committee.
