In October 2007 the 1992 Fund Assembly decided to levy contributions to the General Fund for a total of £3.0 million, the entire levy payable by 1 March 2008. The Assembly decided not to levy 2007 contributions in respect of the Erika Major Claims Fund and the Prestige Major Claims Fund.
