In June 2007 the 1992 Fund Administrative Council instructed the Director to investigate further the reference to the non-entry of a ship in clause 10F, relating to the Tanker Oil Pollution Indemnification Agreement 2006 (TOPIA 2006), in the Memorandum of Understanding between the 1992 and Supplementary Funds and the International Group of P&I Clubs and to report to the Assembly at its next session.
