In February 2006 the 1992 Fund Assembly, in a meeting held in private pursuant to Rule 12 of the Rules of Procedure attended only by representatives of Member States of the 1992 Fund and former Member States of the 1971 Fund, decided on the main elements of the Director-Elect’s contract of employment and authorised the Chairman to sign, on behalf of the 1992 Fund, the contract with the Director-Elect.
