In October 2005 the 1992 Fund Assembly decided that for 2006 the 1971 Fund and the Supplementary Fund should pay a flat management fee of £275,000 and £70,000 respectively to the 1992 Fund. It was also decided that the management fees payable by the 1971 Fund and the Supplementary Fund should be reviewed annually in view of changes in the total running costs of the joint Secretariat and the amount of work required of the Secretariat in the operation of the two Funds. It was noted that the 1971 Fund Administrative Council and Supplementary Fund Assembly has agreed at their 17th session and 1st extraordinary session respectively to the above apportionment of joint administrative costs.
