In March 2005 the 1971 Fund Administrative Council agreed to a proposal by the Supplementary Fund Assembly on the apportionment of the administrative costs of the joint Secretariat such that the Supplementary Fund would pay a flat management fee to the 1992 Fund, initially set at £150,000 per annum (corresponding to approximately 5% of the administrative expenses), which would be reviewed in later years in the light of experience in respect of the workload of the Supplementary Fund. The Assembly noted that the 1992 Fund Assembly had at its 9th extraordinary session agreed also agreed to the proposal.
