In October 1999 the 1971 Fund Executive Committee decided that the date for the submission of oil reports and the normal due date for the payment of contributions should be extended to 1 March and 30 April each year respectively to allow Member States and contributors more time to carry out these functions. The Committee decided to amend the Internal Regulations accordingly.
