In October 1999 the 1992 Fund Assembly authorised the Director to transfer £20,000 from Chapter VI to the appropriation for Missions in Chapter IV in the 1999 Budget. It was noted that the 1971 Fund Executive Committee, acting on behalf of the 1971 Fund Assembly, had at its 62nd session also authorised the Director to make such a transfer.
