In September 1990 the 1971 Fund Assembly approved the reports of the Executive Committee on its 23rd and 24th sessions and considered ways of facilitating the examination of documents by delegations bearing in mind the considerable number of incidents in which the 1971 Fund had become involved and the ensuing extensive documentation presented to the Executive Committee. The Director was invited to consider restructuring the documentation so as to stimulate discussion on the important issues.
