In November 1978 the 1971 Fund Assembly, after a roll-call vote, decided not to take a decision at that session with respect to an increase of the aggregate amount of compensation payable by the 1971 Fund in respect of any one incident, as provided in Article 4.6 of the 1971 Fund Convention.
