In October 2005 the 1971 Fund Administrative Council noted that in January 2005 the Appellate Court had issued a judgement confirming the decision of the first instance Court that a company (Shetland Sea Farms) farming salmon within the exclusion zone that had based its claim on alleged contracts that had been shown to be false should be given the opportunity to present a revised case which should not depend on the false documents and that not to allow the revised claim to proceed would be an excessive punishment.
