In May 2004 the 1992 Fund Executive Committee decided that the Fund should continue to follow past practice with regard to the identification of individual claimants in Fund documents (ie that apart from Governments and other public authorities, claimants would only be identified in Fund documents when it was relevant to the matter under consideration) and that a flexible approach on this issue was required in the light of the circumstances of each claimant.
