In May 2002 the 1971 Fund Administrative Council noted that in December 2001 the Sunchon District Court had rendered a judgement in respect of a claim by Yosu Fisheries Co-operative Union for loss of sales commission, which had been rejected by the Fund. It was noted that the Court had concurred with the Fund and had rejected the claim. It was further noted that the Yosu Fisheries Co-operative Unionand had appealed against the decision.
