Decision ID: 000368

In May 1994 the 1971 Fund Executive Committee rejected a claim by a salmon trader in Norway for lost commission on the sales of the produce from two salmon farms in the exclusion zone imposed by the United Kingdom Government on the grounds that the claim did not fulfil the Fund’s admissibility criteria, in particular that the claimant could not be considered an integral part of the economic activity of the area affected by the contamination.
