Decision ID: 000322
In February 1994 the 1971 Fund Executive Committee, in considering claims by two ship agencies for losses as a result of five vessels having been diverted from the port of La Coruña, agreed with the Director that it was likley that the same or other ships would have had to call at the port at some future date in order to load or discharge the same cargoes and the normal agency fees would then be paid. The Committee took the view that the claimants had not shown that they had suffered any economic loss and decided to reject the claims.
