In April 1983 the 1971 Fund Executive Committee held part of its meeting in Private (pursuant ro Rule (iv) of the Rules of Procedure) with participation restricted to representatives of Member States. The Committee decided not to admit to this session two representatives of the Département des Côtes-du-Nord whose admittance had been proposed by the French delegation.
