Since the November 2021 meeting will be held remotely, for practical reasons, the Director has requested that Member States submit credentials via the online registration system or by email, and that all delegations register for the meeting as early as possible and no later than Friday, 15 October.

Delegates who have registered and submitted credentials (if required) in advance will be sent a link and joining instructions to the virtual meeting.
